San Dimas Lightning, Inc. Mission is to develop disciplined, fundamentally strong, and confident young athletes who compete with intensity, integrity, and respect. We are committed to teaching the game the right way while building character, teamwork, and leadership that extends beyond the baseball field.

MARK JONES
With over 20 years of experience in youth baseball, he is a passionate advocate for the holistic development of young athletes both on and off the field. His long-term vision focuses on building a supportive environment where players develop lasting bonds, brotherhood, and core values of respect, treatment, and protection of others. A devoted husband of 16 years and father of two, he has also served as a dedicated In-N-Out associate for over 20 years.
MARISOL ARENAS

JOSEPH CARMONA
Dedicated public servant and community leader who honorably served six years in the United States Army, including a deployment to Iraq. He is an active Police Officer with over 18 years of law enforcement experience, owns and operates multiple businesses in San Dimas, and actively coaches his sons’ sports teams.
